Reporting to a Senior Legal Counsel within the Group Legal Department, you will be responsible for the legal support of the international business activities of all Group's brands (Lacoste, Aigle, Gant, Tecnifibre) in a given geographical area.
Under the supervision of your manager, this legal support will notably consist in:

• Drafting, reviewing and/or negotiating a wide range of contracts and other legal documents (including commercial leases, distribution agreements, service agreement, etc.);
• Handling the corporate matters of the Group's local entities -subsidiaries and joint-ventures- as part of both recurring and complex operations (e.g., approval of financial statements, recapitalization, issuance of shares, etc.);
• Providing legal advice and guidance on multiple topics including in case of disputes/litigations.
• Assisting in managing external lawyers in a cost-effective way.

• Post-graduate degree in Law;
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a legal position, with a strong background in corporate matters, contract drafting/review/negotiation and ideally real-estate matters, in an international environment;
