Reporting to a Legal Manager within the Group Legal Department, you will play an essential role in supporting the international business operations across the Group's brands (Lacoste, GANT, Aigle, The Kooples, Tecnifibre), providing comprehensive and seamless legal assistance.

Key responsibilities:

• Contract management: draft, review, negotiate a large variety of contracts and other legal documents, predominantly in English, ensuring alignment with Group standards and legal requirements;
• Corporate governance: oversee corporate matters for local subsidiaries and joint-ventures, develop and monitor the implementation of internal legal policies and procedures;
• Legal advisory: provide legal advice and guidance on a wide range of topics, including dispute resolution and litigation management.

You will provide support to your team members as needed. You will work collaboratively with both local and headquarter operational teams and other support functions, other members within the Group Legal Department as well as external counsels.

• Post-graduate degree in Law;
• minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a legal position, with a background in contract drafting/review/negotiation in an international environment;
• professional proficiency in English as it is the primary work language;
• adaptability, comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
