You will report directly to the International Director of ELLE & ELLE Decoration, within the Artistic Direction department, which consists of three members.
The department works closely with three other teams:
Content Syndication: An internal agency facilitating the exchange of photos, texts, and videos among editions (approx. 12,000 pages per year).
International Editorial Productions: Covering Fashion, Beauty, Celebrities, Society, and Lifestyle. Marketing: Handling benchmarks, events, and B2B/B2C communication.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Brand Visual Identity Management
Formalize, structure, and ensure a strong and consistent visual identity for ELLE across its 50 print and digital editions, maintaining the brand's DNA.
Develop and update the International Brand Guidelines (editorial content, artistic direction, marketing, and digital assets) and share them with local editions.
Support local teams in developing creative adaptations while maintaining a premium brand positioning and visual consistency.
Conduct global creative monitoring (competitors, typography, design, UX/UI trends) to anticipate market changes and propose relevant innovations.
2. Artistic Direction
Develop an ambitious, innovative, and cohesive artistic vision for editorial content and communication materials (print, digital, events, video).
Create graphic layouts for international productions destined for local editions, as well as special ELLE International projects (collaborative features, exclusive productions, B2B assets).
Design corporate communication materials, including strategic presentations, marketing and sales documents, and visuals for international events.
3. Digital & Innovation
Analyze and advise editions on the optimization of their websites and social media graphics, ensuring a high-quality user experience.
Work with digital teams to integrate innovative tools and formats into editorial productions (rich media, motion design, interactive storytelling).
Identify creative and strategic opportunities through digital innovations (augmented reality, generative AI, interactivity).
Ensure that the brand's visual identity is consistently applied across digital ecosystems (websites, newsletters, social media).
