Strong digital culture, including an in-depth understanding of web platforms, social networks, and emerging technological trends (AI, AR/VR, digital interactivity).
Excellent knowledge of luxury, fashion, and editorial design codes.
Ability to develop a strategic creative vision, balancing innovation with adherence to brand values.
Strong international graphic culture and sensitivity to new visual trends (typography, motion design, visual storytelling).

Ability to work in a multicultural environment with diverse stakeholders (local publishers, partners, service providers).
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, both internally and externally.

Required Experience:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in artistic direction or managing graphic projects, ideally in the press (print & digital), fashion, or luxury sectors.
Proven experience in team management and coordination of international projects.
Fluent English (written and spoken) is essential.
