Role Overview
As part of the Paris People team, the People Manager plays a vital role in providing commercially focused People management and advice to the business, that contributes to Landor Group’s continued success in attracting, retaining, and nurturing top talent.
This role is key for supporting the development and execution of People strategy and initiatives across all aspects of the People function (Talent Management, Reward, Culture & Wellbeing, L&D, Recruitment & Retention) in alignment with both business objectives and regional market needs. The People Manager will provide high level support to the People Director and work collaboratively with local stakeholders and the Paris People Team to ensure that Landor maintains its reputation as an employer of choice and delivers a seamless ‘people first’ service to its employees.
