Role:
As a member of the Concierge team, the Pre-Arrival Concierge plays a key role in managing and supporting Le Collectionist guests before their arrival. Based in our Athens office, they will craft exceptional itineraries to ensure unforgettable on-site experiences in Greece. Additionally, with support from the local team, they will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and contracting the best suppliers that meet Le Collectionist standards.

Objectives:
Client Management and Support for Le Collectionist:

  • Assist clients in organizing their stays by offering high-quality services and experiences.
  • Provide quotes for services and experiences.
  • Prepare and issue client itineraries.
  • Ensure the smooth transmission of information and follow-up with local teams.
  • Manage the seasonal team during the summer.

Strengthening and expanding the local partner network:

  • Manage relationships with existing partners across multiple destinations.
  • Expand the partner network and enrich the range of experiences in existing destinations.
  • Update and create catalogs showcasing services and experiences in English or other languages if needed.
  • Support the marketing team in updating destination guides with new restaurants and points of interest.

Administrative Responsibilities:

  • Create and update all suppliers and pricing in the system.
  • Generate quotes and invoices in the system.
  • Draft itineraries in the system.
  • Develop communication materials (catalogs).

Profil recherché

  • 2 to 5 years of professional experience.
  • Strong focus on client satisfaction and loyalty, with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships easily.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, French is a plus.
  • Passion for the luxury sector and a desire to work in event logistics.
  • Strong commercial acumen and enthusiasm for sales.
  • Open to candidates with unconventional backgrounds who thrive in team environments.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to work autonomously.
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Versatile, creative, responsive, service-oriented, efficient, empathetic, and proactive.
  • Team player with a passion for training new team members.
