Le Wagon is the World’s Leading Coding School offering Web Development and Data Science Bootcamps in a full-time (9 weeks) and part-time (24 weeks) format. Our mission is to equip candidates with the technical skills to future-proof their careers and take up new professional challenges. Founded in Paris in 2013, we now have campuses in 45 cities across 25 countries, including global tech-hubs such as Berlin, Tokyo, Shanghai, Singapore, and Dubaï. Most importantly, Le Wagon is a community of 26,000+ graduates from all walks of life, including a lot of entrepreneurs who created 220+ tech startups and raised $1B+ globally.

Working closely with the General Manager France as well as operation teams, your role will consist of leading the Paris operations team and day-to-day operations of Le Wagon to provide students with the world’s best learning experience and support our expansion across all programs.

Your Mission:

Lead Business Development in Paris

  • Drive business growth by attracting new students through press coverage, strategic partnerships, and leveraging your network.

  • Being proactive in creating strong partnership links with strategic public institutions (e.g., France Travail, OPCO, APEC).

  • Understand our programs and stay updated on tech industry developments.

  • Program & organize events and establish deals with local tech industry players.

  • Participate in professional school networking events in Paris and build a strong network within the french university community.

  • Represent the company to external stakeholders and students, maintaining communication and fostering community.

  • Collaborate with local school directors in France to share and implement ideas. Apply communication and lead acquisition strategies from our marketing team.

Lead the Parisian Team

  • Manage the Paris structure and work with the Operations team and General Manager.

  • Manage a team of 2 direct reports and conduct bi-annual performance reviews with your team with mutually set goals.

  • Prepare and conduct onboarding for new operations team members.

  • You will be supported by an Operations Lead managing day-to-day operations with their team (office manager, course programming, teacher payments, community events).

  • You will be supported by a right hand/campus manager assistant to help you co-pilot the local marketing actions (fairs, events), in which you will actively participate.

Ensure the Best Quality of Education at Le Wagon Paris

  • Provide the highest quality educational experience using available resources. (content, facilities…)

  • Empower and encourage your team to support student learning and growth.

  • Propose improvements and assist in major strategic decisions (e.g., premises choice).

  • Participate in Operations Team meetings for smooth collaboration.

  • Own the financial reporting for campus-related costs and ensure we grow!


Profil recherché

About you

  • You are based in Paris: You can easily get to our campuses in the 11th arrondissement and consider yourself a people person!

  • You are collaborative and a natural networker: You have a network within the professional training and Tech sectors (Opco, French tech, … etc.) and enjoy developing it. You are highly collaborative and love helping others reach their objectives. You enjoy being at events and representing Le Wagon during afterworks.

  • You know how to adopt marketing guidelines, using them as tools to achieve your objectives.

  • You have several years of experience in operations management with a strong command of key business and a real drive for results.

  • You enjoy participating in public events and speaking publicly during them with a sales predisposition. 

  • You are a clear and confident communicator with public speaking skills in both fluent French and English.

  • You can work strategically while also being hands-on to ensure top-notch day-to-day student support when needed

  • You are passionate about technology and education.

  • You are highly structured, organized, and able to work to tight deadlines to provide practical solutions. You also have experience processing large amounts of inbound queries (Slack messages, emails) and prioritizing your tasks.

  • You enjoy working autonomously and are confident learning new things!
