The Sales Operations team is responsible for all the analytics and operational expertise for Ledger Enterprise, Ledger’s B2B business. The Sales Ops team's responsibilities assist the overall process from a new lead, right up until the invoice being sent to a client by providing market analysis, KPIs, and pricing.
Your mission
- Define, govern and improve operational procedures for the Sales Teams across Ledger
- Develop effective, accurate and ideally automated reporting to senior management on activity, pipeline, lead generation, sales and other KPIs
- Provide sales team with the tools, reporting & cadence required for them to deliver against targets, and assist with commission planning
- Optimise sales workflows from marketing automation, leveraging HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, AirCall, ZoomInfo etc
- Manage & govern post sales contract activity liaising with internal teams, to ensure contractual and invoicing obligations are met
- Maintain source systems and up to date integrations between these systems
- Manage supplier relationships with core tools, ensuring technical and internal issues are resolved swiftly and effectively
- Work with sales managers to create and maintain data flows that ensure Salesforce pipeline and forecasts are reliable - then ensure documentation is up to date
- Prepare periodic business review presentations
- Participate in the onboarding and training process for new sales team members
- Experience in operations, consulting or financial services industry.
- Should you not have this, a combination of a relevant degree and experience in another sector is welcomed
- Exposure to tools such as Salesforce, Hubspot and Tableau
- An understanding of the wider financial industry, plus points if you can supplement this with knowledge of the crypto sector
- Someone who is incredibly well organised, and able to prioritise their workload
- Fluency in English. If you speak any other languages then of course that is a plus
