What You’ll Do:

As the Inside Sales Manager, you will lead and manage a team of 4 Inside Sales Representatives, ensuring they consistently meet and exceed sales targets. You will oversee their performance, provide mentorship, and optimize sales processes to maximize conversion rates from inbound leads. Your leadership will directly contribute to lempire’s growth and revenue success.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Leadership & Performance Management

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Inside Sales Representatives, fostering a high-performance, results-driven culture.

Provide ongoing coaching, training, and feedback to enhance sales skills and ensure team members hit their quotas.

Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and performance reviews to identify areas for improvement and career growth.

2. Sales Strategy & Execution

Develop and execute effective sales strategies to optimize the inbound lead conversion process.

Work closely with marketing to ensure lead quality and refine messaging to improve conversion rates.

Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure a smooth handoff and drive long-term customer retention.

3. Pipeline & Forecasting Management

Monitor sales performance metrics (conversion rates, deal velocity, average deal size) and analyze trends to improve processes.

Oversee pipeline health, ensuring a steady flow of qualified opportunities through the sales funnel.

Provide accurate sales forecasts to leadership and help align revenue goals with company growth objectives.

4. Sales Process Optimization

Identify bottlenecks in the sales funnel and implement workflow improvements to increase efficiency.

Leverage CRM & sales engagement tools to track performance, automate tasks, and improve productivity.

Implement best practices for sales calls, demos, and follow-ups to enhance conversion rates.

5. Reporting & Data-Driven Decision Making

Regularly report on team performance, providing insights into successes, challenges, and areas for optimization.

Use data analytics to refine sales strategies, track KPIs, and drive continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For:

The ideal candidate is an experienced sales leader who thrives in fast-paced SaaS environments and is passionate about coaching teams to exceed targets.

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

Proven Leadership – Experience managing an inside sales team or BDRs, with a strong focus on coaching and development.

B2B SaaS Sales Expertise – A track record of closing inbound leads, managing a pipeline, and driving revenue growth.

Sales Strategy & Process Optimization – Ability to refine sales workflows, increase conversion rates, and improve efficiency.

Results-Driven Mindset – Motivated by hitting and exceeding sales goals.

Analytical & Data-Oriented – Strong ability to use metrics, reporting, and analytics to drive decisions.

Excellent Communication – Skilled in motivating teams, cross-functional collaboration, and sales presentations.

Tech-Savvy – Experience with CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar), sales engagement platforms (Outreach, Apollo, Salesloft), and automation tools.

Bonus Points:

Experience scaling a sales team and hiring new sales reps.

Background in handling global sales operations (multiple time zones, international clients).

Experience with outbound prospecting in addition to inbound sales.
