About the position

Join a small, agile, and high-performing team that reports directly to the CEO. The Chief of Staff's team work on strategic projects that are top priorities for the organization. In this role, you'll lead complex initiatives to help us achieve our goals. Team members have significant autonomy to identify challenges, analyze situations, design solutions, and implement them in collaboration with other teams at Lemonway.

Role

• Lead high-priority strategic projects from conception to execution, guiding cross-functional teams through both launch and operational phases
• Proactively identify and address operational challenges, developing innovative solutions to enhance business performance
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess project success and impact on business goals
• Support the Chief of Staff with ad-hoc tasks

Requirements:

Your Profile

• Strong strategic and systemic thinking abilities

• Quick learner with a versatile mindset, able to challenge traditional operations

• Excellent organizational and leadership skills

• Initial experience in a consulting firm or in a strategic and operation role within a scale-up or tech environment

• MiM from a top-tier business or engineering school
