Within the Center of Excellence Down Stream Process Design belonging to the Lesaffre Institute of Science & Technology, and directly attached to the Drying Process Team Manager, you are in charge of developing process of production of post-biotics along with the drying process team (10 persons) and in collaboration with other teams on campus. You will be in charge of the study and optimisation of process parameters for the development of new products or improvement of existing products.
