LeSalon

Jean-Michel is a French entrepreneur, co-founder and CEO of LeSalon. After graduating from ESSEC Business School and London Business School, he joined Oliver Wyman as a management consultant.

Working long hours and travelling 4 to 5 days a week, that's where he realised the challenge many working professional faced when wanting to access beauty & wellness services on their own time. Prime-time slots were booked weeks in advance and the consultants were exchanging numbers of trusted professionals that delivered home services outside of regular opening hours.

He decided to leave everything and start LeSalon with a mission to give customers easy access to high-quality beauty & wellness treatments and empower therapists to work on their own terms.

He was named to Forbes 30 under 30 list in the category Retail and E-Commerce for reinventing the way we shop, online and off.

He speaks English, French, German, Spanish and Vietnamese.

Nabil is a British serial-entrepreneur, co-founder and CTO of LeSalon. He dropped out of Sheffield University to launch Matchchat, a digital sports publisher tool which took him on the Ignite100 accelerator and that he then successfully exited to Snack Media.

He and his co-founders went on to found Now Native, an ad-tech startup, which was accelerated by Seedcamp. Whilst it unfortunately ended in a failure, it provided him with invaluable insights for his future ventures.

That experience led him to found Freeman Industries, an App Studio through which he shared his startup knowledge and coding ability with his clients. That's where he met Natasha and Jean-Michel, they started working together on LeSalon and he decided to join them full-time.

He has since been the architect behind the technology that allowed the company to serve more than 30,000 clients across London.

Nabs is fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese (self-taught).

A talented copywriter, Zoe graduated from Brunel University in journalism. After graduating she joined LeSalon as an intern and made herself indispensable through her strong work ethic and eagerness to learn and growth.

She joined LeSalon full-time after her internship and is now leading the company's marketing efforts, managing one other team member.
