Here is a description of the role we are opening:

Provide technical support to customers and sales/marketing teams for new and existing products. Analyze technical feasibility and resolve non-QA issues in pre-sales and after-sales stages. Monitor customer technical improvements and identify customer needs and competitor weaknesses to inform R&D and marketing strategies. Ensure adoption of Linxens standards in new industry norms and standards.

Your missions:

  • Anticipate technological changes and integrate them into our product roadmap.

  • Analyze competitors' technical performance and create "fighting guides" for marketing.

  • Build and maintain genuine relationships with customers and suppliers.

  • Attend customer meetings with the sales team, providing technical support.

  • Coordinate technical feasibility studies for product changes.

  • Draft technical specifications based on customer requirements.

  • Manage customer technical feedback and resolve issues.

  • Propose technical recommendations to meet customer needs.

  • Ensure compliance with customer specifications and Linxens standards.

  • Participate in New Product Development (NPD) and New Product Introduction (NPI) meetings.

Your profile:

  • Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Material & Surface treatments

  • Knowledge of mechanical and chemical product characteristics

  • Effective communication and relationship-building skills with customers (technical credibility)

  • Strong analytical, synthesis, and persuasive abilities

  • Team-oriented with a collaborative spirit

  • Customer-oriented with the ability to develop close relationships

  • English and French fluently
