Here is a description of the role we are opening:

Role Overview:

As a Customer Technical Interface, you'll be one of the main points of contact for managing customer requests for product customization within our Government BU portfolio. From the initial stages of customer requests to the ramp-up of mass production, you'll be instrumental in driving the success of our projects.

Your missions:

  • Drive the development and industrialization plan creation and execution for product customization.

  • Serve as the primary technical interface to customers, ensuring their requirements are understood and met.

  • Manage and execute the technical synthesis of customization solutions, adhering to Linxens development standards.

  • Lead technical change impact analysis and drive product and process solution setup.

  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.

  • Ensure timely propositions and delivery of off-the-shelf solutions to meet customer tender needs.

Your profile:

  • Engineering degree level qualification.

  • Proven experience as customer technical interface

  • Proven team-lead and management experience (managing teams or projects).

  • Solid understanding of development and industrialization processes, with the ability to coach and support development teams.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Proven ability to drive projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyse complex situations to devise appropriate action plans.

  • Ability to adapt to changing customer requirements and product portfolio capabilities.

  • English and Thai are fluent
