Summary
As a Global Rewards & HRIS Director you will be responsible for developing sustainable reward systems, fosters engagement, and drives a high-performance culture while aligning HR and Group strategies with top management. You will be also responsible for HRIS strategy, overseeing system design, testing and developing information systems that support business needs and ensure data quality compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Compensation & Benefits
Design and implement the group rewards strategy and roadmap in alignment with the company’s strategic goals
Define and deploy rewards policies that are competitive, attractive, and aligned with performance management, talent retention, acquisition, and tax optimization strategies
Develop and lead communication strategies to ensure employees understand rewards programs and system changes
Lead the annual salary and bonus review process, ensuring fairness and alignment with business objectives
Analyze compensation structures, benchmark against market data, and provide insights to executive management and HR teams for informed decision-making
Develop and maintain a global job architecture, ensuring consistency in job grading, titles, and career paths across the organization
Collaborate with Finance and other stakeholders to provide cost analyses and salary mass simulations while promoting data quality culture
HRIS & Digital Projects
Define and deploy the HRIS annual roadmap
Monitor the HRIS team, ensuring alignment with business needs and digital transformation strategies
Automate HR and payroll processes to enhance efficiency and ensure data accuracy, consistency, security, and compliance with legal requirements
International Mobility
Develop and manage expatriation policies and program
Ensure compliance with international labor laws, tax regulations, and relocation best practices
Provide guidance on mobility packages, including salary adjustments, benefits, and allowances for expatriates.
Qualification
10+ years in compensation & benefits in an international organization
Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
Expertise in global compensation models, pay-for-performance, total rewards frameworks, & incentive plans
Experience in designing compensation structures, salary bands, and grading systems (e.g. point-factor systems or proprietary frameworks like Mercer IPE, etc)
Good experience in executive and expatriate compensation and HRIS optimization
Brings in strong analytical and intercultural skills
Possess strategic and data-driven mindset
Fluent in French and English
