Here is a description of the role we are opening:
Your missions :
Drive New Product Development: Provide technical details and machine parameters to produce samples that meet customer specifications and project requirements, ensuring high-quality standards and on-time delivery.
Quality and Process Optimization: Verify sample quality, address technical issues with corrective actions, and ensure product and process capability meet target standards.
Documentation and Compliance: Prepare and release all required documents (PMP, WI, FMEA, machine parameters) to support new product transfers and ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
Lead Development Projects: Oversee design, material selection, process optimization, and product performance to meet project requirements and improve product reliability.
Competency and IP Development: Drive team competency growth and contribute to intellectual property development.
Safety and Compliance: Investigate workplace incidents and rule violations, ensuring a safe and compliant work environment.
Core Team Leadership: Lead new product development and improvement projects, ensuring technical requirements are met and customer approvals are obtained.
Your profile :
You hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related technology field.
You have over 6 years of experience as a Process Engineer, ideally within the RFID industry.
You possess comprehensive knowledge of RFID products and related technologies.
You are fluent in Thai and have basic proficiency in English.
You are comfortable working with cross-functional teams and enjoy collaborative environments.
You have strong communication skills and can effectively convey technical concepts.
