Your mission in the team:

As a Lead CRM, you’ll be responsible for managing and enhancing Customer Marketing at Luko.

You will strongly contribute to boost acquisition of new customers and improve leads engagement and retention on both Home and Travel insurance markets.

You will work directly under the supervision of Allianz Direct France VP Marketing to build a stellar client relationship, unique in the Insurance sector.

In more details: 

  • Strategy:
    • Define the CRM strategy on all channels and manage the CRM team roadmap to meet with the business’s overall objectives
    • Coordonate the CRM strategy to fuel our growth while ensuring all Luko teams (Growth, brand, Ops, Finance, Product) show one face to the client
    • Take ownership of CRM leads acquisition strategies, insurance clients Lifecycle and retention tactics
    • Be closely involved with cross teams, eg: product teams for product developments ; Ops teams to understand the elements that make up churn
  • CRM:
    • Provide best-in-class and multichannel retargeting journeys (Email, SMS, Push)
    • Create and optimize CRM campaigns through automation, personalization, benchmarking and crazy AB testing
    • Identify new opportunities by leveraging customer insights, optimizing flows and up-selling or cross-selling, and implementing retention measures.
    • Analyse the performance of your campaigns & initiatives and track on CRM metrics (CVR, customer lifetime value, persistency rates, engagement levels, uplifts & increments).
    • Share best practices with other EU markets (Germany, Netherlands, Spain, Italy)
    • Support any CRM tool migration
  • Budget/contracts: Manage CRM budget ensuring optimal allocation of resources. Negotiate contracts with Partners (eg: tool providers)
  • Team management: Lead and mentor 1 CRM Specialist, and scale a dedicated team of CRM managers to drive performance and innovation.

    What do we recommend to be successful?

     📍This role is based in Paris with flexible remote work.

    Must have:

    • You have at least 5-6 years experience in CRM
    • You master Braze or Salesforce Marketing Cloud
    • You are French native and fluent in English
    • You are a strong leader with the ability to develop and hire talent
    • You have copywriting skills: you are comfortable to write customer contents on your own
    • You are very rigorous with strong analytical skills (data and KPIs driven)
    • You are comfortable with tech and data environments: you're not afraid of managing data variables, HTML and owning campaigns set up in different tools / back office (CRM, CMS...)
    • You have an entrepreneurship & results-oriented mindset with a test and learn approach
    • You have a hands-on mentality and the ability to manage CRM initiatives across multiple departments.
    • You are a heavy reader of tech news, different CRM programs and are always pushing to hear about best practice

    Nice to have:

    • You have a 1st experience in start up / scale up / fast growing environment is a plus
