*About the role* 

Part of the Field and Customer Marketing team, your mission will be to work collaboratively with the marketing, sales and customer success organizations to:

  • Define and oversee Customer Journey and retention roadmap.

  • Co-define and oversee Prospect Journey and retention roadmap.

  • Manage the growth and maintenance of our prospects/customer database including new programs designed to increase email capture and lead nurturing.

  • Increase customer lifetime value.

  • Forecast on lifecycle marketing business impact.

Activities

  • Define & model Customer Lifecycle & Prospect journeys

  • Define and oversee retention roadmap: developing, implementing and managing retention marketing tactics to deliver increased purchase frequency and value

  • Own revenue contribution goals driven by lifecycle marketing efforts:

- Analysing data from retention marketing campaigns and reporting performance insights to recommend improvements.

- Analysing data from acquisition marketing campaigns and reporting performance insights to recommend improvements.

  • Building and managing campaigns with messaging to customers or prospects customised according to lifecycle stage and engagement level.

  • Develop and execute personalised targeting and content.

  • Developing overall business operations and awareness campaigns, overseeing performance analysis and updating where necessary.

  • Supporting optimisation of email and automated communication flows, developing new flows to make best use of insights in timing, targeting and content.

  • Leading and analysing A/B testing to optimise engagement. Ensure accuracy, quality and brand consistency in email communication.

  • Manage CRM, satisfaction & loyalty tools to support the animation and commercial prospecting of distribution network on prospect & existing customer base.

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to manage the growth and maintenance of our prospects/customer database including new programs designed to increase email capture and lead nurturing.

  • Contribute to data exchange architecture proposals between the new CRM solution and the existing IS.
  • Monitoring competitor campaigns to inform and shape the client’s future strategy and tactics.


Deliverables

  • Lifecycle Marketing

    - Lifecycle marketing viewpoint and analysis for business forecasting reports.

    - Cohorts and segmentation modeling to personalize and optimize campaign effectiveness.

    - Weekly CRM tactics to increase customer lifetime value by driving engagement, retention, and purchasing frequency via communications. Eg: segmented and personalized campaigns across email campaigns, triggered (automated) emails, SMS, and in-app messaging, and loyalty initiatives with static and dynamic content.

    - Triggered nurtured campaigns to increase and speed new customer acquisition.

    - Triggered point lifecycle campaigns and broader retention marketing goals beyond email to increase repeat purchase and lifetime value. Eg: customer onboarding triggered campaign, customer adoption triggered campaign, customer adoption triggered campaign, new product launch campaigns …


    • Email Marketing

      - Automated marketing campaign Acquisition and lifecycle workflows that also incorporate A/B testing.

      - Email calendar: incentive and content testing agenda across CRM email campaigns.

      - Creative briefs for design and content teams to successfully translate into campaign collateral.

      - Email revenue and traffic forecast report.

      - Email performance KPI dashboard.

      - Quarterly Competition report on CRM trends, best practices, technologies, and privacy laws.


      *Skills*

      • 5-7 years of experience in CRM and PRM marketing.

      • Ideal: bi-lingual French & English.

      • Strong background in traditional marketing, digital marketing, traffic, affiliate marketing and ROI.

      • Handle over basic computer science and of programming languages such as Ampscript, SQL, HTML, Scraping.

      • Strong knowledge of data visualization and web design.

      • Expertise in email marketing tools.
