The Marketing team at LumApps is an international group spanning North America, EMEA, and JAPAC, dedicated to enhancing LumApps' brand visibility, engaging prospects, and driving customer acquisition. We are looking for a Growth Outbound Manger to join our team.

Outbound Lead Generation Strategy & Execution :
Ownership of the Lead Machine :
Collaboration with SDRs & marketing teams :
Outbound enablement :
Be owner of best practices & documentation for outbound methods related to LumApps (SaaS b2b enterprise).
Be the reference for outbound in the company.
Train Sales, AE, SDRs on a quarterly basis.
*Skills*
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Fluent in English and French
Proficiency in data scraping, data analysis, data cleaning, data enrichment, lead scoring, and copywriting
Experience using Salesforce, Zapier, n8n, Clay, Lemlist, LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar technologies
Strong project management skills and attention to detail
Experience in B2B SaaS and/or large enterprise environments is preferred, but not required.
