Le poste

Descriptif du poste

  • Participate in the creation and improvement of our People processes as part of the overall business strategy ;

  • Own all matters and processes related to French labour law (and limited EU labour law) such as contractual, procedural and administrative duties ;

  • Contribute to projects in partnership with the People team in order to drive strategic HR objectives and priorities ;

  • Regularly collaborate across functions including Finance, Talent Acquisition and Talent Development ;

  • Own implementation and adoption of HR tools, People Operations and processes (Performance, Career Pathing, Compensation, Relocation and Development amongst others) ;

  • Support managers in your capacity of Human Resources Business Partner ;

  • Ensure workforce engagement throughout the employee lifecycle ;

  • Act as trusted advisor and coach to junior and mid-level management ;

  • Ensure HR compliance and respect of our values ;

  • Be the general HR entry-point for all employee questions and requests for your internal-client population ;

  • Drive and promote our culture internally and externally ;

  • Execute all adm around our employees, including people operations (including but not limited to : conducting exit interviews, supporting team managers in their organisational design and driving change management initiatives).


Profil recherché

  • You have at least 7 years’ experience as an HRBP ;

  • You have worked in a fast-growing international environment ;

  • You have a deep understanding of the challenges that a tech organisation typically faces ;

  • You are a true expert in French labour law as applied to HR ;

  • You are driven by challenges and adapt to a variety of workplace situations ;

  • You are highly organised and able to multitask efficiently ;

  • You are both a great communicator and an active listener ;

  • You are service-oriented towards your client groups ;

  • You are fluent in both English and French ; additional languages, a plus ;

  • You have a growth mindset.

  • Visio interview with VP People;
  • Vision interview with C-Level.
