To fulfill our huge ambition in terms of revenue growth; the Marketing team continuously bridging the gap between Product and Tech organization and Customer facing teams. We empower the Sales teams to sell with messaging, materials, and more and we identify logos to go after or generate warm leads. We support the Customer Success team to smooth product launches and drive upsell. Our team is structured around 4 expertises Product Marketing, Content, Growth, and SDRs.

Job description

You’ll be in charge of the growth team within the Mangopay Marketing team. The Growth Team at Mangopay is the driving force behind bringing qualified leads into the sales pipeline and warming up accounts via a strong Account Based Marketing approach.

Your scope will go from account base growth to pipeline generation. You will be responsible for identifying accounts to push to SDRs for cold outbound and to bring warm inbound for Sales to pick them up.

What will you be responsible for?

  • Drive ABM focus Pipeline generation
    • Growth our targeted logo account base.
    • Own and optimize our traditional acquisition channels mix (paid, seo…)
    • Grow our distribution channels (blogs, influencers…)
    • Ensure energy and cost are spent on the mapped logo
  • Build the ABM engine
    • Connect tools and sources to build a 360° account journey vision
    • Nurture accounts and leads to maturity for Sales-led expansion
    • Identify relevant leads through behavioral and demographic signals
    • Implement triggers warning system along the full commercial journey
  • Support product-led growth
    • Collaborated with product marketing in designing Go-To-Market for product launches.
    • Direct initiatives to drive product led growth and Mangopay product capability awareness.
    • Challenge all requests from a pipeline generation angle.
  • Track performances
    • Monitor and report on key performance metrics, including lead generation, sources, conversion, revenue and customer acquisition costs.
    • Collaborate with RevOps to receive feedback from the sales funnel.
  • Organize, grow, and scale the growth team
    • Manage and mentor a team of 2 growth specialists guiding them in orchestrating and implementing effective growth strategies.
    • Lead, drive, and challenge our Growth Agency

What do we expect from you?

  • Previous experiences
    • 5+ years experience in B2B growth; at least 2 years leading growth managers – or similar.
    • Experience in showcasing API-first products, and in ABM approach.
    • Willing to start a scale up adventure and to work in a moving fast environment.
    • Excited about working in a tech environment & building tech solutions.
  • Competencies
    • Proven track record in growth marketing management role with the tech industry.
    • Growth channels – Strong knowledge including paid advertising, SEO, and strategies.
    • Analytical mind – you enjoy working with numbers, you enjoy market sizing everything, and understanding what makes a business grow, only results and performance metrics matters.
    • Growth expertise – you are a mad scientist, you love exploring, iterating, testing, and mixing tools.
