Founded in France in 2013 by two French DIY enthusiasts amazed at the lack of digitalization in the market, ManoMano is now present in 6 European countries (France, Belgium, Spain, Italy, Germany, UK), federates over 5,000 sellers and now offers the widest range of DIY and gardening products online (+19 million products references).

Motivated by the prospect of improving the living environment of their customers and convinced of the importance of the home market for sustainable consumption habits, the ManoMano teams want to help write a new page in their industry, which is struggling to reform itself. Job description

As a strategic growth driver, ManoMano is developing a Second Life offer. The Second Life Team will be formed by Sales rockstars, at ease with challenges, innovation, ambiguity and driven by impact. To make this adventure a big success, we need an enthusiast Business developer assistant!

The missions


- Analysis of partners' potential → development of analytical skills & Zoho CRM tool
- Telephone calls & negotiation with French partners → development of prospecting and negotiation skills
- Help with catalog creation → development of advanced Excel skills & ecommerce technical integration mode
- Sales development for sales staff: negotiating new selections, negotiating promotions, improving catalog quality → developing account management skills
- Project management → examples: organizing Webinars for partners, accelerating the fulfillment programme, reporting: analyzing business results and internal presentation, working with the marketing teams to highlight products on the site & on Google Shopping, etc. → development of project management and cross-team collaboration skills.

Your profile


- You are studying at a business, economics or engineering school and are interested in the world of online commerce.
- You have a passion for sustainable development and a general awareness of current environmental issues.
-You're a hunter: You love presenting and negotiating with company directors and managers. Persevering, you never give up!

-You are a French native speaker and fluent in English (other languages as Italian or Spanish appreciated)
