Based in either Paris or Bordeaux, working with an hybrid model, you will manage the Product Manager team within the Product organization, reporting to the VP of Product. This team is responsible for enhancing the customer experience on the websites and apps of our B2B and B2C platforms across five countries. You will lead the strategic vision for product development, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business objectives while fostering collaboration among your team located in Paris, Bordeaux, and Barcelona.

As the “Head of Product - Visitors,” you will closely collaborate with the “Head of Engineering,” the “Head of Design,” as well as other Heads of Products, and also with Business and Data leaders. You will frequently interact with various leaders at ManoMano, including Business Development, Marketing, and Operations.

You will be responsible for establishing and leading the strategy and deployment of the Product Vision in terms of customer experience, in collaboration with your stakeholders, with the following objectives:

  • Attract traffic using SEA / SEO strategies

  • Convert within an optimized funnel (navigation, search engine, checkout)

  • Increase average basket size through cross-sell strategies

  • Engage customers on our mobile apps, true companions for DIY enthusiasts

  • Build customer loyalty with effective marketing strategies (CRM, Loyalty Programs, Subscriptions...)

  • Monetize through value-added services for sellers and customers

Responsibilities and Missions

  1. Product Vision & Strategy:
    • Define the strategic vision for B2B and B2C customer experience, aligned with ManoMano's overall objectives.

    • Communicate and align this vision with ManoMano leaders.

    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and define solutions aligned with these needs.

    • Develop and manage the product roadmap for your scope, considering available resources, technical constraints, and business imperatives.

    • Effectively prioritize initiatives and features based on their potential impact on customer experience and the company’s strategic objectives.

  2. Product Design:
    • Collaborate with UX Design teams to implement effective discovery practices to identify problems to solve and potential solution paths leading to concepts.

  3. Product Delivery:
    • Coordinate efforts with Engineering, Platform, QA, Data, and Agile teams to deliver concepts into production, measuring business and user impact.

  4. Product Analysis & Optimization:
    • Conduct in-depth analyses of feature performance and key performance indicators related to customer experience.

    • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and optimization of the customer experience through rapid iterations and A/B testing.

  5. Team Management:
    • Coach and develop a talented team of Product Managers.

    • Lead development efforts to keep the team’s skills aligned with evolutions.

Profile

  • 5+ years of professional experience in Product Management

  • 3+ years of team management experience in Product

  • Experience in e-commerce and enhancing customer experience in Ecommerce

  • Demonstrated ability to define and execute a strategic product vision, aligning initiatives with business goals and user requirements.

  • Experience in managing and developing high-performing product teams, with an ability to inspire, motivate, and guide team members toward achieving their goals.

  • Advanced skills in project management and cross-functional coordination, with the ability to work effectively with technical teams, UX/UI design teams, and other internal stakeholders.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and persuasively with diverse audiences, including executives, colleagues, and external partners.

  • Strong analytical orientation, with the ability to interpret data and make evidence-based decisions to optimize products and improve customer experience.

  • Experience in managing product roadmaps, prioritizing initiatives, and managing resources to achieve business objectives.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and agile environment, efficiently managing changing priorities and demonstrating flexibility in approach and methodology.
