Do you dream of diving into the world of Account Management?
You will play a key role in the coordination of commercial animation, performance analysis, and reporting at ManoMano.
What You’ll Do:
As a Key Account Manager Assistant, you will be at the heart of the action! You will have the opportunity to:
Coordinate commercial animation
- Facilitate the organization and management of promotional campaigns, in direct relation with the Account Management team in France.
- Identify the categories, brands, and products to promote in line with our commercial strategy and key moments of the year.
- Coordinate the timeline, create the brief for all stakeholders (marketing, acquisition, communication), meet deadlines, and ensure communication with internal teams and partners.
- Analyze the results and propose action plans to accelerate sales.
Account management
- Support the Account Managers in managing commercial initiatives aimed at boosting merchant performance and generating revenue.
- Be proactive in proposing improvements to processes and provide actionable recommendations to enhance performance."
Data analyse and reporting
Be responsible for analyzing the commercial performance of the France marketplace and ensure direct reporting to the Commercial Management.

What We’re Looking For:
We are looking for a student in Master 1 or Master 2 (Bac +4/+5) from a business school/engineering school (or equivalent university training) , who is:
- Autonomous and adaptable (able to work in a constantly evolving environment).
- Curious, with a strong desire to learn.
- Capable of leading and managing ambitious projects.
- Has good interpersonal skills and ability to persuade to enhance your skills in commercial negotiations.
- Languages: native French and fluent English.
- Proficient in Excel: able to work with data and possess strong analytical skills.
- Previous internship experience in e-commerce and/or the retail sector is a major asset."
