Main responsibilities: Activate and execute project & change management roadmap with Sr. Project leader on designing Omnichannel reporting. The aim is to harmonize the reporting KPIs, definitions to a group standard, to have ONE realistic version of the beauty market, speak one language and have one version of the truth for all.

Project management:

• Design and own communication agenda (inclusive of meeting organization) and communication assets
• Design tools to enable progress tracking, consolidate open topics for remediation & alignment for different audiences (ie. operational group, steering committee or business sponsors)
• Support/and or lead project workshops & assessments and provide meeting recap
• Ensure follow through or drive progress on actions needed
• Advocate/knowledge of Sell out’s SDDS to provide guidance to local market/zone in their data assessment journey and adoption; in collaboration with Sell out Data domain

• Produce and deliver the solution through the Agile methodology with data engineers from our Beauty Tech teams.
• Gather Atlas feature requests, schedule releases, and coordinate sprints.
