INTERNSHIP OFFER: PACKAGING INNOVATION PORTFOLIO

From January/ February/ March/ April 2025 for 6 months | Paris area | Master 1 or 2 | 1700€ monthly | Many opportunities

In a stimulating and dynamic international environment, at the heart of Global Operations, where you will have a worlwide vision of the strategy of packaging innovation projects and collaborate with a team of passionate experts (Data&Tech, Excellence, Advanced Engineering, Packaging Science). Your missions will be focused :

Your main missions will be:

- Developing Make-up portfolio monitoring to Power BI and improving existing tools.

- Designing an intuitive Human resources management BI.

- Developing innovative projection tools to better manage future activity.

- Being a force of proposal to optimize the preparation of strategic meetings

- Automatizing KPI monitoring for agile and efficient management.

- Optimizing scoring matrix to assess packaging innovation projects

YOU WILL LEARN TO:

Work in a collaborative and crossfunctional teams

Collect, share, consolidate & synthesize data and present them in a didactic way

Help to define priority elements

Expose and defend your results

And especially innovate, go further: leave your mark on this internship!

YOU ARE…

  • A Master student (Engineering school / University) - No margin for negotiation on this one!
  • Able to provide an internship agreement of 6 months issued by your school - no negotiation either!
  • Fluent in French and English is a plus
  • Convincing. You explain your ideas clearly, based on sound reasoning.
  • Entrepreneurial. You like to try new things and discover new ways of doing!
  • Team player. You have excellent interpersonal skills and easily find your place in a team.
  • Open-minded. You exchange your ideas and integrate the opinions of others in order to find the optimal solution.
  • Creative. You like to think outside the box and propose innovative solutions.
  • Data champion. Working with data holds no secrets for you!


WHAT DOES OUR RECRUITMENT PROCESS LOOK LIKE?

1°/ Our recruitment team will review all the application - And If your CV is selected , you will be invited for an Exploratory Recruitment Interview. The recruiter you meet with will be getting to know you better so they can capture the métier, division, brand and finally the mission in which you will be able to better express your potential.

2°/ Finally, you will get a Business interview with your potential future manager(s). At this point, your recruiter will help you prepare for this final interview!
