The Retail Education Manager plays a key role in developing and implementing exceptional training programs for l’Oréal Group Beauty Adivors, focusing specifically on their assigned category.
Key responsibilities
Category Expertise Leader and Engaging Content Creation:
- Define the training strategy.
- Create high-quality omnichannel content (including e-learning modules).
- Analyze the competition and share expertise with the teams.
- Identify opportunities and assortment optimizations.
Category Academy Development and Facilitation:
- Lead the academy program in collaboration with BEMs and Retail Excellence.
- Drive BA participation and engagement.
Retail Excellence and Sales Support:
- Develop training programs for the field team.
- Collaborate with sales teams to tailor training to specific needs.
Digital Community Building and Innovation:
- Promote the use of digital tools
- Create engaging online content.
- Host virtual masterclasses.
- Develop the online community.
Management and Development of a Training Team:
- Recruit, train, evaluate, and coach trainers to ensure their performance and professional development.
- Plan and allocate training team resources: Optimize resource utilization to meet training needs, considering priorities and budget constraints.
- Support the organization of training cycles with Brand Education Manaegers, supervise the transversal Retail Training team (ensure effective coordination between the different teams involved in the training cycles).
