Key Job Accountabilities and main tasks :

• Manage financial and economic indicators of the scope: BT management and support functions (HR, finance, CIO, communication…) concerning the objectives defined by the Beauty Tech Top Management, delivering transparent processes, implementing governance and controls to mitigate financial risk.

• Support GBT financial manager: organization of the Tech Domains P&L consolidation (YTD/YTG / budget & trends), perform transversal financial analysis, suggest optimizations, and implement best practices.

• Ensure the Group’s Standards (financial, accounting, and Group management) and those about Internal Control are applied.

• Key user SAP for the team: develop and share best practices, manage master data and promote SAP evolution.

• Master’s degree from a Business or Engineering school with a Finance specialization
• Significant Finance/Controlling experience. Consulting background is a plus!
• Professional fluency in both French and English is mandatory.
• Proficient in using MS Office, ERP and consolidation/reporting systems (e.g. SAP, Anaplan, Magnitude, Power BI).
• An analytical mind with a strategic mindset
