In collaboration with all teams, the Product department is responsible for developing and managing the company's software products, ensuring that they meet the needs of customers and remain competitive in the market.
Our scope includes conducting market research and product discoveries, defining the long-term product strategy, identifying and prioritizing product evolutions into our roadmap. In a nutshell, measuring the success of our software products and specifying product evolutions and ensuring their delivery with the Engineering team.
The Engineering department is composed of the Development, DevOps, Quality Assurance and Security teams. Our mission is to build and deliver a higher quality product as fast as possible following Agile methodology with the best cutting edge technologies and secure. The platform is modular and highly performance and supports billions of events per day.
Our challenge is to proactively propose the best design, implementation and architecture for our platform. You will participate in the roadmap decision-making through our technical tribes.

Our goal is to provide solutions faster, so we work closely with all customer-facing people and engineers. We work every day on various topics from the UI to big data topics, we clarify things and find solutions, we learn every day!

The Professional Services team is composed of Solution Architects and Engineers who are real technical leaders of our customers' projects, and are in direct contact with various people both externally and internally (working in close collaboration with the mediarithmics leaders, the Sales & CSM teams and the R&D team). The team is committed to help our partners to reach their challenges quickly and durably by implementing our technologies and by using all their technical potential. It is thus key to accompany our customers on the technological aspects. We advise our customers in the definition of efficient Data Marketing strategies, qualify and direct our customers business expectations towards added value use cases. The Professional Services department pilots the setup of mediarithmics for our customers’, ensure their good level of satisfaction and identify opportunities to reinforce the partnerships.
Sales team is composed of Business Development Managers in charge of detecting new business opportunities, qualifying prospect’s needs and making sure to propose the perfect solution to the clients (And close the deals !). Also, Account Managers in charge of the sales relationship with the existing clients. Their role is to make sure to perfectly understand our client’s business and strategy by building close relationship with senior client stakeholders. They detect new opportunities and propose the right features to the clients to achieve their objectives.
Our team is called the Customer Success team and our main objective is to bring satisfaction and value to our customers with our next-gen CDP! Driving adoption is one of the key role of the CS team as well as making sure to have excellent communication with the clients in order to address their needs (support, product features, new use case implementation).
