Position Overview

Location : Paris (France)
We are seeking a Head of Fashion Operations to lead our transformation in fashion imagery production. In this pivotal role, you will oversee our Studios and Post-Production teams, driving operational excellence and innovation for our e-commerce clients.
Additionally, you will play a critical role in developing and integrating AutoRetouch, our AI Fashion SaaS product. By collaborating with the product development team, you will align business needs with our AI roadmap and enhance the product with client insights.

Key Responsibilities:

Studios Operations:

• Lead and manage the Studios teams, including our Warsaw-based studio and our international post-production teams.
• Drive operational excellence in production and post-production workflows, optimizing processes to deliver high-quality images to fashion e-commerce clients.
• Ensure seamless collaboration between production and post-production teams for consistent image quality and timely delivery.
• Oversee the P&L of Studios, ensuring financial performance, cost management and profitability targets are met.

AutoRetouch SaaS Product:

• Oversee post-production teams involved in quality control and the training of our AI Fashion SaaS product, AutoRetouch.
• Play a key role in the development and operational support of AutoRetouch, ensuring the product’s successful integration and evolution.
• Collaborate closely with the product development team to align business needs with the AI-driven product roadmap.
• Contribute to the enhancement of AutoRetouch by providing feedback and insights from client use cases.

Profile:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in operations, preferably in the fashion industry for a marketplace or e-commerce retailer.
• Strong knowledge of image production, photography, and post-production processes.
• Experience in managing teams, with a proven ability to lead and motivate in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Data-driven mindset with a focus on operational efficiency and process optimization.
• Demonstrated interest in AI technologies and their applications in creative industries.
• Fluent in English; French is a plus.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic and global setting, with a passion for innovation and high-quality execution.
