ℹ️: This position is based in Paris. Occasional remote can be authorized but we do not want to hire in a full remote at this seniority level.

You will help us enhance our existing tools as well as identify the ones missing and build them.

To do so, you will collaborate with other Memory employees: Software Engineers, Product Managers, Infra Team, …

You will develop, mainly using Ruby on the backend and JavaScript, sometimes including React on the frontend.

We are looking for a highly passionated fullstack engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a previous internship experience, ideally in a challenging environment such as a hyper-growth startup.

We are looking for someone who wants to build a deep expertise in software development, software design / architecture and good practices. We expect from you to be dedicated to learning and very ambitious towards your learning curve.

We want our team to be full of people passionate about building products and having a strong business drive. This means not only being interested in sales activities, but also having a deep curiosity and striving to develop an expertise in our specific domains.

The ideal candidate should have a self-starting and entrepreneurial mindset, and be humble and willing to grow no matter their seniority. They should be collaborative, enthusiastic about teamwork, learning, and teaching, and understand technical English.

• 🥇 You understand the basics of your working ecosystem (interactions between frontend and backend, …)

• 🥇 You are interested in state of the art craft: CI / CD, automated tests, PR reviews, containerized stack, observability, etc.

• 🥈 Even though it’s not crystal clear yet, you understand the basics of infrastructure and how your apps run in production

• 🥈 You have experienced different technical environments (i.e: low traffic monolith, high traffic microservices

• 🥈You have a prior experience in a state of the art craft: CI / CD, automated tests, PR reviews, containerized stack, observability, etc.

Software Development Skills

• 🥇 You have prior experiences or 1+ projects including frontend and backend development

• 🥇 You specialize on backend

• 🥈 You have prior experiences both on frontend and backend development

• 🥈 You have prior experiences using 2+ different backend programming languages

Soft Skills

• 🥇 You have a good communication and speak with clarity
