As our marketing manager, you will play a strategic role in driving lead generation efforts and refining marketing assets to help our sales team boost conversion rates. This is a high-impact position where you’ll not only work on optimizing existing channels but also explore and implement new lead generation strategies (SEO, SEA, PR). You’ll have ownership of a significant budget and the opportunity to shape Mendo’s marketing strategy as we grow toward our Series A.
You will collaborate closely with the sales team to create synergies between marketing and sales, driving customer acquisition from large enterprise accounts. We’re looking for someone experienced in B2B tech marketing, ideally targeting large companies.
Lead generation: Develop and manage multi-channel lead generation strategies including SEO, SEA, and paid campaigns to drive qualified leads.
Sales enablement: Work alongside the sales team to refine marketing assets, including pitch decks, case studies, and email templates, to enhance conversion rates.
New channel exploration: Identify and experiment with new lead generation channels, such as partnerships, content marketing, or webinars.
Press relations: Maintain and grow relationships with media outlets to increase brand visibility and thought leadership.
Marketing analytics: Track, analyze, and report on marketing campaign performance, ensuring all activities are aligned with KPIs and contributing to revenue growth.
Proven experience in B2B marketing, particularly in tech or SaaS environments targeting large enterprises.
Strong expertise in SEO, SEA, and managing paid campaigns across multiple channels.
Track record of collaborating with sales teams to improve marketing strategies and increase conversion rates.
A strategic mindset with hands-on execution capabilities.
Experience managing relationships with PR agencies or directly with media.
Ability to navigate a fast-growing startup environment, balancing both strategic and operational responsibilities.
