The EF Issuer Services Team Member will :

• apply relevant controls related to Nominatif activity,

• input / update ERVN (Ecritures Comptables Rectificatives),

• interact with clients (Accounts holders, Issuers) and carries out investigation where necessary,

• closely work with other ESES teams (Client Service, New Issue, Asset Servicing, IT Support, …),

• participate to the implementation of new tools to monitor Risk and Control,

• actively contribute to the continuous improvement by reviewing processes in place and/or creating new procedures that are implemented following managerial/expert review,

• participate to the cascade of meetings in place (OTO, team meeting, etc.),

• pro-actively inform the team leader and colleagues of any issue or workload that might cause any disturbance on the working environment (during the WB),

• follow up the French AMF regulator’s recommendations,

• develop the network of ESES CSD’s

• monitor the ISAE3402 audit,

• Preparing a degree in Finance or equivalent

• Fast learner, pro-active behaviour, and positive mindset,

• Analytical mind with the ability to solve problems and to prioritize tasks,

• Master the continuous improvement state of mind and technique,

• Sense of team spirit and commitment,

• Strong creative skills, think “out of the box” and go the extra mile,
