To support our international growth, we are looking for an intern based in Paris to handle Operations projects.

Working alongside our VP Operations (Mickaël), your role will be to get the Witco team to the next level by improving its operational efficiency.

You will work mainly with the Revenue team (Marketing, Sales & Customer Success) and the G&A team (Legal, Finance, HR). Your mission will be structured around 3 main topics:

Process

• Identify pain points and create/improve dedicated processes
• Automate processes to enable business collaborators to focus on high value tasks
• Participate in the execution of our current processes that generate leads for the Sales team
• Implement AI in our day-to-day behaviours

Tools

• Optimize the use of our CRM (HubSpot) by creating automations and making sure processes are well set up and used
• Benchmark, choose and implement new useful tools for Witco
• Lead tools adoption
• Make sure the Sales team has great demo platforms to show to prospects

Data

• Build relevant dashboards to analyze our Revenue teams' activity and efficiency
• Collect data, enrich it and validate it
• Analyze the data and draw recommendations to improve our operational efficiency
• Analyze and report on the outbound performance to increase conversions
