Descriptif du poste

Reporting to the Head of Product Marketing, the Product Marketing Manager is responsible for optimizing the long-term success of a portfolio of energy products and offerings.

S.he will work on optimizing the existing mylight150 range and enhancing it with new products (hardware/software) and offerings.

They will leverage mylight150’s greatest strength – being both a manufacturer, a software company and an energy provider – to build tomorrow’s offerings.

Key Responsibilities

Market Intelligence:

  • Actively monitor the market and competition.
  • Analyze data to adjust marketing strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

Go-To-Market:

  • Segment and prioritize commercial targets.
  • Refine product positioning.
  • Define internal and external launch plans that optimize long-term success.

Product Launch & Life Cycle:

  • Collaborate with product and development teams to refine new products.
  • Ensure the continuous improvement of current products.

Sales & Customer Success Enablement:

  • Support our sales teams by providing the tools and resources needed to effectively promote products and achieve sales goals.
  • Assist our Customer Success teams in delivering on our promise to users.

Evangelization:

  • Create content that reflects the value proposition of each product. Presentations, case studies, articles, videos – the choice is yours!
  • Collaborate with Communication and Growth Marketing teams to ensure message consistency across all channels.

Roll-out Analysis:

  • Measure the effectiveness of launch and promotion initiatives.

Profil recherché

Experience

  • 7+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Strategic Marketing or Complex Project Management, in an agile and demanding environment.
  • Experience in the energy sector is a plus.

Contractual Conditions

  • Contract Type: Permanent (CDI)
  • Compensation and Benefits: Compensation ranging between 50k€ and 70k€, depending on profile and experience. Meal vouchers, RTT (additional paid leave), Health Insurance.
  • Work Location: Lyon 6 (69).
  • Recruitment Process:
