Within our Customer Success team, your role will be to organise events in collaboration with clients and service providers, including:
Ensure client satisfaction and rapid response to client requests
Conduct negotiations with service providers
Protect the company’s profit margin on each event
Build trusted relationships with clients and partners
Participate to the development of new processes, tools and product features
Participate to the onboarding and training of new joiners
During periods of lower activity, source and onboard new service providers
Mandatory conditions
Full time position
Start as of May 2025, for a minimum of 4 months
Need to be in the office at least 3 days a week

Compensation
You will be paid 1% of the value of each event (e.g. 500€ for a 50K€ event)
Additional 50% bonus based on client satisfaction
Potential full time hire (CDI) at end of freelance period
You speak native French and you are fluent in English
It is a huge plus if you also speak another European language
You enjoy client interaction and working as part of a team
You are very well organized and you pay attention to detail
Step 1: Video call with a team member (15 minutes)
Step 2: Speed dating with 4 to 5 team members (up to 1 hour and 30 minutes)
