We are looking for a Content Manager to join our Marketing team and contribute to the development of our Naboo platform.
Content Strategy Development
Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop effective content and communication strategies that articulate Naboo’s vision, mission, and value proposition, engaging and converting our B2B audience (corporate event organizers, procurement managers, and partner service providers) into qualified opportunities for the sales team.
Plan and manage an editorial calendar to ensure content remains current and relevant to industry trends.
Distribute content across all activated channels while monitoring impact and performance regularly.
Actively contribute to prospect acquisition and engagement, driving overall company growth.
Content Creation
Produce engaging content aligned with our “tone of voice,” including articles, reports, marketing emails, case studies, travel guides, podcasts, and other high-quality, SEO-optimized materials.
Create impactful posts and resources to drive engagement on social media platforms.
Develop marketing materials to support lead generation campaigns.
Repurpose existing content into new formats to reach a broader audience.
Assist in organizing events by creating dedicated content.
SEO and Content Optimization
Conduct keyword and competitor research to enhance SEO and generate organic traffic.
Optimize SEO elements and structure content for better search visibility.
Performance Monitoring and Data Analysis
Monitor engagement rates, analyze content performance, and adjust strategies to maximize impact.
Leverage insights from analytics to refine content and meet audience preferences.

Expertise in content management, content writing, or digital marketing, ideally in the B2B SaaS sector.
Strong content creation skills with the ability to quickly tailor messages to different channels and needs.
Proven experience in developing and executing content strategies, managing blogs, and social media platforms.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools (HubSpot, Notion, Figma, CMS, etc.) and SEO concepts.
Skills in content performance analysis and optimization using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Google Search Console.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to adapt and distribute content effectively.
Fluency in both English and Dutch.
A 30-minute video interview.
