As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Naboo, you will play a key role at the intersection of our Sales and Marketing teams.
Your mission is to identify and qualify potential leads for our Account Executives (Sales team), ensuring they are engaged and ready to proceed with concrete intentions to organize corporate seminars.
You will be provided with a list of marketing leads at varying levels of engagement. Your responsibility is to contact these leads (starting with the most engaged) and secure firm commitments for seminar organization.

Desired Profile
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Strong aptitude for understanding client needs and delivering persuasive communication.
Positive, results-driven, and growth-oriented mindset.
Initial Interview: First contact with Sasha, Benelux country manager.
Second interview: Introduction & Discussion with Eugénie, SDR.
Second Interview: Informal speed dating (4-5 short interviews, 15 minutes each, with randomly selected team members at our office).
