When he created the first BIODERMA and Institut Esthederm products in 1977, Jean-Noël Thorel, a pharmacist-biologist, paved the way for active cosmetics by integrating biology into cosmetics, with the aim of changing the paradigm.
Present today in more than 100 countries, NAOS has chosen a single design and manufacturing site, NAOS Les Laboratoires, in Aix-en-Provence (France), in order to control the quality and unique design of its products.
NAOS brands - BIODERMA, Institut Esthederm and Etat Pur - claim a unique approach: ecobiology, that takes an innovative look at skin care, considering the skin as an ecosystem in constant interaction with its environment.

The communications team is responsible for building and deploying the NAOS voice, in France and internationally, and fully reflecting its commitment and raison d'être. It relies on 3 areas of expertise:
- Internal communication and employee commitment
- External communication around NAOS as part of an Altruistic Purpose Organization
- Press relations and influence, for our 3 brands
The ambition shared by the whole team is to make NAOS and its brands an iconic player, recognized for its universal values and the originality of its approach. Our short-term communications strategy is to open up and engage more visibly and meaningfully with all our audiences (NAOSians, candidates, partners, pharmacists, healthcare professionals, consumers).
Role & Responsabilities
Reporting directly to the Director of Communications, a key player in NAOS' strategy, you will actively contribute to defining and steering the communications strategy of NAOS at international level, a company with a distinctive identity which claims to belong to an Organization For Altruism.
Your main tasks will be to
- Ensure the emergence of the NAOS company through a message base and storytelling that fully expresses its uniqueness.
- Contribute to the design of NAOS campaigns and propose speaking opportunities and activation plans for kol and BtoB targets (journalists / influencers / healthcare professionals)
- Set up and promote the Employer Brand.
- Support affiliates' communications strategy to highlight the uniqueness of NAOS in their market
- Propose global communications initiatives (external events, visits to NAOS Laboratories)
- Lead the internal crisis communications program (in-house training, risk mapping, drafting of statements).
- Management of the Public Relations' coordinator
10+ years of experience, you have solid initial experience in corporate communication and have successfully managed international communication plans.
Combative, you like challenges, you will be a player in the transformation of the NAOS company, in the service of an impactful communication, close to the business issues, in all countries.
Passionate and convinced, you know how to define the right strategies, identify and unite the right allies to make your projects a reality.
Fluent in English, you have already collaborated or coordinated projects in several countries.
