Role Overview

As a Program Manager at NeoXam, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing complex, multi-faceted projects within our software implementations portfolio. You will manage the execution of programs, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, driving operational excellence, and delivering projects on time, within scope, and on budget. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales representatives, product management, engineering, and client delivery, to ensure successful program execution and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Program Leadership: Lead and manage large-scale, cross-functional programs from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client needs.

• Project Coordination: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects within a program, working closely with project managers and other stakeholders.

• Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders, including clients, senior management, and internal teams. Manage expectations and provide regular updates on program progress.

• Risk & Issue Management: Identify, track, and resolve program-related risks and issues, ensuring minimal disruption to program timelines and deliverables.

• Quality Assurance: Ensure that all programs meet NeoXam’s high-quality standards and are delivered with a focus on client satisfaction.

• Resource Management: Collaborate with Department Heads and Team Leads to allocate resources effectively, ensuring the successful delivery of programs.

• Financial reporting: Collaborate with department heads and Controlling to track project’s actual and forecast financial data for both time and materials and fixed-price projects.

• Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and implement improvements in program management processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Document process and methodologies and organize internal training sessions to train consulting teams and make them aware of good practices.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: At least 5-7 years of experience in program or project management, preferably in the financial services or technology sector.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field. PMP, Scrum, or Agile certifications are a plus.

• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies. 

Familiarity with financial services and technology solutions is highly desirable.

• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, drive cross-functional collaboration, and manage senior-level stakeholder relationships.

• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.

• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate challenges and deliver solutions in high-pressure environments.

• Languages: Fluency in French and English is required; proficiency in other languages is a plus
