• Support Technicians in Performing Complex Maintenance Tasks
Train and coach technicians to carry out specific maintenance tasks;
Act as the reference for complex line maintenance tasks (LVL 3);
Serve as the reference for automation (LVL 2).
• Provide Relevant Inputs and Expertise on Specific Procedures and Equipment
Assist in risk preparation and assessment whenever needed;
Support the execution of complex and exceptional tasks;
Collaborate with the methods team to update procedures and train technicians on new methods;
Validate equipment changes in collaboration with the reliability team;
Own equipment specifications and validate any changes that may impact them;
Support the methods engineer in updating and improving maintenance plans;
Participate in or validate maintenance data analysis and assist the reliability engineer as needed.
• Ensure Maintenance Process Compliance with Systems/Tools
Oversee compliance during the implementation of necessary repair projects.
• Propose and Implement Technological Monitoring
• Participate in Continuous Improvement and Problem-Solving
Lead, define, and implement cLEAN best practices, processes, and procedures to enhance operational performance or solve problems;
Coach and assist teams in identifying and implementing improvement opportunities or problem resolutions.
You hold a Bac+3 or Bac+5 degree.
You have at least 5 years of hands-on experience with washing and sterilization equipment in the industry, ideally in the pharmaceutical sector.
With strong communication skills, you can take a step back and show initiative.
You have significant experience in continuous improvement.
You demonstrate rigor and a strong sense of responsibility.
You will work in an international environment, a good level of English will be appreciate.
