MAIN MISSIONS

  • Lead and scale our marketing event strategy (physical and digital): oversee end-to-end planning, execution, and follow-up of events, including trade shows, partner activations, webinars, and proprietary events.
  • Own project management of event-related campaigns: set timelines, coordinate across teams, and manage budgets and logistics.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, customer success, and product teams to align event goals with company objectives and OKRs.
  • Develop and execute integrated promotional campaigns around events (email, social media, paid, content), working with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Analyze event impact using key performance indicators (attendance, engagement, lead generation, ROI) and present post-event reports with actionable insights.
  • Stay on top of trends: conduct continuous benchmarking of competitor strategies, community events, and emerging channels.
  • Support content creation around events and promotional activities (landing pages, social posts, press releases, newsletters).

Profil recherché

TECHNICAL SKILLS

  • Solid experience with event planning and execution (virtual & in-person)
  • Proficient in CRM and email automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Strong grasp of Google Analytics, Excel, and reporting dashboards
  • Working knowledge of SEO and content distribution strategies
  • Experience managing external vendors and negotiating contracts

EXPERIENCE:

  • +3 years proven experience in Event management or a similar role.
  • Experience in a SaaS environment is a plus.
