Otoqi has experienced significant growth since its creation. Today, the company operates in three countries (Italy, Germany, and one other) with plans to expand to nine across Europe.
With 80 employees, Otoqi is transitioning from a large SME to a European-scale group, building strong cross-functional teams and increasing specialization in key areas like tech, data, customer relations, operations, and processes.
This growth also means exciting opportunities for employees to develop their expertise and grow their careers. While early on, team members wore many hats, the company now focuses on nurturing specialists who excel in their fields and contribute to Otoqi’s dynamic, fast-evolving environment.
