About the team
Our Host Success team in London is expanding to keep up with the demand for cars on the Turo marketplace. We’re looking for our first dedicated Host Success Specialist to further accelerate our growth by building our host community and the selection of vehicle listings across the country.
As a Host Success Specialist, you will act as the gatekeeper for our UK marketplace by owning the onboarding experience for new hosts. You will be responsible for helping us meet our supply targets and ensuring new hosts are set up for success. You’ll help us develop and test different channels and onboarding content to drive impact.
What you will do
Manage the new host onboarding funnel in a fast-paced environment
Present regular webinars to educate new hosts on achieving success with Turo
Report to leadership with updates on onboarding performance
Manage email and CRM to deliver support and insights to new hosts
Identify and lead initiatives to meet supply strategy goals
Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Customer Support teams to support cross-functional initiatives
Gather host product and experience feedback and share internally
We’re a small team in a dynamic startup environment; you may be called upon to support the Host Success team in other capacities, such as supporting live events or partner meetings
Your profile
Bachelor’s degree (BA or BSc) preferred
2+ years of relevant experience
Strong verbal and interpersonal skills; ability to deliver webinars and manage fast-paced communication channels
Excellent follow-through, attention to detail, and minimal need for supervision
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment – you’ll have guidance when you need it, but you’re also goal-oriented and can execute without close supervision
Impact driven – your performance will set the bar for host success teams globally

Positive mental attitude, high integrity, strong work ethic, down-to-earth, and a commitment to our mission
Bonus if you have
Bachelor’s degree (Ba or BSc), Account Management experience. Comfortable presenting to an audience.
