Team Description (FR OPS Performance)

Our Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and Execute: Take ownership of projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with stakeholders—product, data, sales teams, other operations teams, and others—to align efforts and maximize impact.
  • Innovate and Iterate: Proactively seek improvements, test new ideas, and share learnings to help the team evolve.
  • Mentor and Learn: Provide constructive feedback to peers, embrace growth opportunities, and encourage a culture of continuous development.


Your Missions, Your Outcomes, Your manager (Specific to the position) :

You’ll be instrumental in shaping our offers catalog strategy across all business lines, ensuring it aligns with customer needs while maximizing revenue streams.


Key Outcomes to Achieve: 

  • Maintain an Up-to-Date Offers Catalog: Keep our portfolio fresh and relevant.
  • Monitor Sales Performance: Track each offer’s reception among sales teams and customers.
  • Drive Validation Funnel Success: Follow each product’s progress and help boost conversion rates.
  • Develop Cross-Selling Strategies: Increase the average spend per customer through targeted, data-driven initiatives.
  • Test New Offers: Identify and roll out solutions that resonate with specific customer needs.

You’ll work under Baudouin, who leads this domain, and Jacques, our Head of Operations, both of whom will provide oversight and support as you drive these high-impact outcomes.

Recruitment process :

  • An interview with Ava, Talent acquisition Partner (30min)
  • An interview with Baudoin, Operations Lead (45min) 
  • A business case restitution at your final interview (2/3h of preparation, 1h for restitution)
