The position is based in France.


Position Overview :

Join our Product team as a Product Builder. Like each Product Builder in the department, you will be responsible for updating, managing and developing our product for France. You’ll be able to design and implement new features and improvements, thanks to our in-house low-code platform (to know more about low-code, you can check up an article in French here).You will also actively contribute to the on-going technical transformation, by optimizing and revamping our codebase.

Key responsibilities : 

Your main missions will be:

  • Developing and implementing technical solutions to enhance the functionality and performance of our payroll and employee management platform using our low-code platform, JetLang.
  • Staying up-to-date with French laws and regulations to ensure our product remains compliant, including implementing new payroll rules and collective agreements to unlock new sectors.
  • Tackling complex challenges and designing solutions that meet both user needs and business objectives.
  • Cleaning, optimizing, and revamping the codebase to improve performance and support our technical transformation.
  • Ensuring high standards of quality through comprehensive documentation and rigorous testing, continuously refining testing methodologies.
  • Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering and product designers, to deliver high-quality technical solutions.

You will be responsible for:

  • Monitoring compliance and implementing legal updates to keep the product current and aligned with regulations.
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement and technical excellence of our platform.
  • Managing the product run and maintenance within your scope to ensure seamless operation and high-quality service.



Qualifications : 

  • You have an engineering background and diploma : bachelor/master degree in Computer Science or similar technical field of study ; or payroll management background and diploma with a proven interest for technical aspects of things and ideally an experience of working with a “low-code / configuration” language.
  • You are eager to understand software fundamentals including data structures, software architecture, and design patterns and show great interest into improving your technical skills
  • You have a strong inclination towards testing and quality assurance, ensuring high standards of reliability and performance
  • You are driven by the opportunity to deeply understand and model complex payroll systems, contributing to their development and technical transformation
  • You have good problem-solving skills, with both a risk-management and impact-centric approach;
  • You are able to analyze and tackle complex challenges;
  • You are eager to improve your skills in product development and management ;
  • You demonstrate strong teamwork and collaboration abilities, with various stakeholders;
  • You are fluent in French & in English.



Your future team :

You will join one of the squads of the Payroll Experience or Company & Employee Experience product team. The team is composed of 3 squads with, in average, 5 Product Builders per squad.Together, we focus on identifying the most valuable problems to solve for our users, enabling the team to quickly ship and iterate with our low code platform.Our ambition is to design and build, from scratch, the most advanced and user-friendly payroll solution ever created.


Interview process :

1. Interview with a recruiter - 30min

2. Low code preliminary test offline - 60min

3. Technical interview with 2 members of the team - 90min

4. Interview with your manager - 45min


👉 Background Check (ISO27001 certification): identity, diploma, and past professional experiences will be checked after the offer.
