What will be your role ?

Join the PayFit rocket as a Revenue Operations Intern within our Revenue Operations team. You will report to the Revenue Operations Manager and work closely with our Marketing, Sales, Data, and Finance teams.

Your mission will be to support the optimization of our revenue engine by analyzing and improving our key revenue drivers across acquisition, retention, and growth initiatives.

You will be responsible for :

- Supporting cross-functional revenue optimization initiatives

- Analyzing revenue performance metrics and identifying growth opportunities

- Contributing to revenue forecasting and reporting

In details, your role will consist in :

- Developing and maintaining revenue performance dashboards across different business units

- Analyzing customer behavior patterns to identify churn risks and upsell opportunities

- Supporting the implementation of revenue optimization strategies

- Collaborating with multiple teams to improve revenue operations processes

- Conducting data analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of revenue generation initiatives

- Creating and maintaining documentation for revenue operations processes

- Participating in cross-functional projects to improve revenue visibility and predictability

This job has been tailored for you if :

- You have a strong analytical mindset and are passionate about business operations

- You are pursuing a Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field

- You demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- You have strong Excel skills and experience with data analysis

- You can effectively communicate complex information to various stakeholders

- You are organized and can manage multiple projects simultaneously

- You are fluent in English, French is a plus

- You are fluent in French, English is a plus

- You are available from July 2025 for a 6-month internship

We would be even more impressed if you have :

- Experience with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, or similar)

- Knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)

- Previous exposure to SaaS business models

- Basic SQL knowledge
