Payflows is seeking a driven and enthusiastic Product Management Intern to join our team. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of onboarding new B2B users, documenting essential product knowledge, and fostering meaningful interactions with our users.
This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience and make a tangible impact in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
NB: Apprenticeships are welcome as well.
Key Responsibilities:
Guide new B2B users through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience.
Provide comprehensive support and training to help users understand and utilize our products effectively.
Create and maintain detailed documentation of product features, updates, and best practices.
Develop user guides, FAQs, and training materials to support user education and self-service
Engage with our users regularly to gather feedback, understand their pain points, and identify their needs.
Act as a liaison between users and the product team, providing valuable insights to drive product improvements.
Conduct user interviews and surveys to collect data on user experiences and requirements.
Analyze feedback to uncover trends and opportunities for enhancing our products.
Develop strategies and initiatives to help users better understand our product offerings.
Collaborate with the marketing and support teams to create educational content and resources.
What We’re Looking For:
Your Background: You’re pursuing a degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with a keen interest in product management. Previous experience or internships in similar roles? Even better! Note: French is required for this position as a lot of our customers are French speakers only.
Passion for Product Management: You have a keen interest in product management and a desire to learn and grow in this field.
Excellent Communication Skills: You master verbal and written communication to interact effectively with users and team members.
Problem-Solving Abilities: You have a proactive mindset with the ability to identify issues and develop creative solutions.
Tech-Savvy: You can grasp technical details and are comfortable with product management and collaboration tools.
Detail-Oriented: Your attention to detail in documenting product knowledge and gathering user feedback is top notch
Empathy: You possess ability to understand and relate to user needs, ensuring their satisfaction and success.
