🚀 What You’ll Do
As a Senior Backend Engineer, you will:

• 🧭 Own & Build: Take charge of core services, write clean and scalable code, and influence architectural decisions.

• 🧐 Set the Bar High: Champion coding standards, thorough testing, and top-tier code reviews.

• 🤝 Mentor & Elevate: Guide junior engineers, provide constructive feedback, and lead internal workshops.

• ⚡ Optimize & Improve: Spot performance bottlenecks, improve CI/CD pipelines, and push for smarter tooling.

• ⚖️ Advocate for Maintenance: Identify and address technical debt, making the case for long-term stability.

🧑‍💻 Must-Have Skills:

• 5+ years with Python/Rust or any other OOP language

• Backend expertise: APIs, microservices, architecture best practices

• Databases & SQL: Data modeling, query optimization

• Git: Comfortable with version control and code reviews

• Engineering mindset: Build, test, refine, simplify—smart shortcuts when time is tight

🧩 Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience in B2B enterprise SaaS

• Familiarity with ERP or BaaS APIs

• Serverless, AWS, event-driven architecture exposure
