Job Description
As a member of Pelico’s customer team, you’ll play an instrumental role at maximizing the impact of the Pelico platform for our users. You will be working with operational teams in manufacturing plants to support industrial players in the transformation of their operations while contributing to the Pelico Platform evolution. Your main objective is to ensure a successful delivery to our clients.
Pre-sales
- Dive in with plants operations teams to better understand their customer jobs and reinvent their day to day work with data.
- Demo our product to our prospective customers.
User onboarding
- Map, model and analyze the client’s data to feed the platform or to create operational recommendations with Jupyter notebooks.
- Conceive and articulate platform workflows to solve real life plant issues.
- Be the main point of contact for our users.
- Play the role of project manager to facilitate the onboarding.
First wins
- Generate a significant impact on industrial performance in the client’s plants by helping users leverage the platform.
Pilot conversion
- Help the team automate deployment processes and playbook to build scalability. Job profile:
Preferred Experience

- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer-facing and operations role.
- Highly energetic and passionate about driving customer success and supporting them in achieving their business objectives.
- Strong interest in technology with the ability to engage in informed discussions about the data analytics industry.
- Proven experience in program or project management, preferably focused on onboarding or customer-centric processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create impactful presentations for both technical and business audiences.
- Deep customer empathy, enabling you to listen attentively and address their unique needs effectively.
- A growth-oriented mindset, adaptable to experimenting with new approaches, learning from setbacks, and continuously improving.
- Experience in Supply Chain operations, advanced manufacturing, and high-growth startup environment are a plus.
- English fluency mandatory (written & spoken), German is a big plus.
